As any business starts, mine started with a hobby. As a side hustle, I began freelancing with an amazing wedding florist and immediately fell in love with the excitement of events and the creativity that comes with floral design. On paper I am a biologist and work as a forensic scientist (believe it or not!). But starting Rhythm Floral has given me the opportunity to exercise my creative side and I'm loving where the business is heading!

Bold color palettes, funky textures, statement installations, and incorporating locally-grown blooms are my jam. I'll never pass up a classic neutral palette, though!

Whether you're getting married in Cleveland or the Caribbean, hosting a bridal or baby shower, attending one of my seasonal workshops, I can't wait to make your floral dreams a reality.

I'M ERICA

When you think of “rhythm” you probably think of music, which is a great way to think about flowers.

Flowers use a circadian rhythm to know what season it is and when to bloom. These pretty little thangs are on a tight schedule and knowing what flowers are “in season” takes tons of experience!

Floral DESIGN has a rhythm. Some pieces are smooth & romantic while others are abstract & jazzy with bursts of unique texture. Bouquets aren’t just thrown together - there is a shape and a flow that allow the piece to tell a story.

Music is also a huge part of my life. Whether it's Phish, the Grateful Dead, or ABBA the tunes in the studio are always groovy!
